Carbon Reduction

For years, Naneng has been focusing on carbon reduction services. We are trying the best to contribute to accomplish the carbon neutrality.

Background

In September of 2020, President XI addressed that China will strive for peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030, and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060. The promise on United Nations General Assembly means that China needs to reduce carbon reduction for more than 90% in the coming years. Naneng has been focusing on carbon reduction services for years and will try hard to contribute to the great mission.

High temperature resistance furnace

Proposal

  • environment temperature at 34℃
Effect
  • 55℃ Avg. Temp. decrease for the front, 25℃ Avg. Temp. decrease for the side.
  • Taking 250 days of annual operation time for instance, each furnace will save 14.23 tons of standard coal and 115,800kWh of electricity annually. 
  • Annual carbon emission reduction for 69.93 tons per furnace.

  • To lower the environment temperature of pipe rack to less than 40℃

Effect
  • Lower the temperature to slightly more than 30℃, reduce heat loss for more than 70%.
  • Save 6,369 tons of standard coal and 15,718 tons of carbon emission annually.
